A favorite source of domestic accessories for sixthscale collectors is Japan's Re-Ment.
Though the company had been in existence since the late 90's, the first miniature series was released in 2002.
Various series have included kitchen utensils and accessories, Western and Japanese foods, restaurant meals, bakery goods and office equipment and supplies. Some of the sets are extremely whimsical and less appropriate for a realistic setting, and the furniture tends to be considerably smaller than playscale; still, the majority of sets are useful for diorama and display use.
